1. Goal Of The Organization
To alleviate the poverty and empower the rural poor as well as to improve their livelihood status through undertaking various need based sustainable development programs.

2. Philosophy
ANWS believes that human force is the center of all development Endeavour’s. Hence it prioritizes on need-based program and human resource development for leading the program to wards sustainability. Accordingly the development philosophy of ANWS is based on the conviction that the paramount need of the people is not relief but releasing latent potentialities for personal, social and economic growth and development. It is due to fact that ANWS believes that man is the architect of his own fortune by exploiting his own latent potentialities.

3. Objectives Of The Organization
⦁ Provision of basic health facilities
⦁ Small entrepreneur courses for needy one of the society
⦁ To socio economic position of participation households improve.
⦁ To self-sustaining credit entity functioning.
⦁ To increase income and employment generation in poultry, livestock, fisheries, social forestry and vegetable production.
⦁ To increase knowledge and action by villagers with respect to their legal and human rights.
⦁ To increase income for the poorest women in the poverty group.
⦁ To improve health of participating households.
⦁ To village base paraprofessional development.
⦁ To support in elimination of child & bonded labour
⦁ To increase level of asset.
⦁ Create awareness and advocacy for clean environment, sanitation and health relevant exercises
⦁ To collective action carried out by V.O members on their own accord (resisting unfair divorce and polygamy, realizing dowry money in case of divorce)
⦁ To increase the literacy rate through providing literacy and functional education to the illiterate target people.
⦁ To make safety communication and sustainable environment.
⦁ To provide relief and rehabilitation supports to the attacked people during natural calamities.
⦁ To improve family planning services delivery, increased practice and a protocol on the quality of care developed and tested.
⦁ To develop forestry for food, fuel and timber and to ensure ecological balance.
⦁ To raise their awareness about their legal rights and willing ness to take up and act on their legal responsibility.
