The CMS is a Correspondence Management System which will be available as a web application to all the users who are working for Etihad Rail directly as an employee or indirectly as Consultants or Contractors. It will be used for sending, receiving, and managing correspondences at various level with proper access.
The CMS aims to manage massive amounts of incoming, outgoing, and internal correspondence electronically. It allows employees with specific permission to send and receive daily corporate/project correspondence to different entities. This document explains various features of the CMS system. This manual initially sets up the target audience, few commonly used terms and abbreviations that are used in the document.
