Mobile Application for accessing Water & Electricity Emergency services from FEWA (Federal Electricity & Water Authority). This app is meant to simplify the process involved in accurately reporting Emergency Faults with Geo-Coordinates & Emergency Type to the centralized Call Center.
FEWA Call Center Queuing & Fault Tracking Engine selects the nearest emergency technician in real time and designates them to attend to this issue. Customer is informed of the status of their fault via SMS during and after case closure. Works together with FEWA Emergency Solution & Call Center currently in operation.
The application will in future support more features to offer a complete customer experience from FEWA over the mobile application.
