Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. Its diagnosis is usually made in childhood and often lasts into adulthood. Children with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors, or being overly active.
The exercise that you are going to do is based on different professional studies on ADHD and tries to assess attention, working memory, cognitive flexibility, inhibition and processing speed.
