The BODEN CHECK application, developed in cooperation with the Bavarian Building Guilds Association (LBB), supports companies in applying the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV) that will come into force on August 1, 2023 and the amended Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance (BBodSchV).
The app prepares the new requirements for handling soil material in an understandable way and provides the information you are looking for quickly, situationally and in a practical way via dialogues. Questions about installation in technical structures and soil-like applications are answered as well as questions about applications in which soil material does not have to be treated as waste within the meaning of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG), the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV) or the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance (BBodSchV). .
