About Digital Angle/Level Meter PRO
Show your phone's orientation in the X, Y, and Z plane, with digital precision and optional time-averaging to remove sensor noise. If you need maximum precision use a rigid phone stand and then zero out the measurements on a known-flat surface. Doing this I can get error down to 1/10th of a degree, although this may depend on the quality of your phone.
