The program is intended for independent control and evaluation of the level and proportionality of the development of the basic physical qualities of young men aged 17-22. Scoring scores and the necessary minimum level of development of physical qualities was calculated using percentile scales based on the results obtained during testing of 400 male students.
The results of testing can be obtained by yourself or on physical education in the educational organization. The appendix contains a brief description of the tests, as well as sets of available exercises aimed at developing the tested physical qualities. Recommended mode of physical activity 3-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes.
Correspondence of the level of development of your physical qualities to the proposed model characteristics will contribute to health promotion, harmonious physical development, and readiness for training and future professional activities.
