The information system Georeferenced in SIGSALUD Health is a software tool developed to boost PHC strategy as a model for management of health systems in accordance with regulated in Article 12 of Law 1438 of 2011. care policy comprehensive health COUNTRY defines the strategy of primary health care (PHC) as the basic and inclusive strategy between the needs of the population, the system response and resources in society as essential for viability in the progressivity of exercise of the right. The information system georeferenced in APS, contributes to the process of transforming the institutional model of Law 100 of 1993 to the goals of a health system focused on people and their relationships to family and community level as suggested by the Law 1751 2015.
