VQueues is the future of queueing as it eliminates the inconvenience of store lineups through a mobile-based platform. Traditional queues creates unnecessary street congestion and makes for a poor customer experience. VQueues is a cloud-based system that monitors real-time queuing data to provide the user with the most efficient queuing experience.

VQueues enables customers to join queues remotely and wait without interrupting their daily activities. Customers will be provided with a virtual queue ticket confirming their spot in the line. Customers will be notified through the app in addition to receiving SMS messages when the business is ready for them.
