What is it?
With the ongoing pandemic, there are people who take advantage of it to spread false news about the pandemic using resources such as messages, emails and websites, who try to publicize information about communities or organizations and seek virality and influence the public opinion; thus deceiving uninformed citizens or with a lack of access to truthful sources. This prompts us to create a mobile application that allows us to keep whoever uses it updated on information related to the pandemic in the Penonomé district.
What Objective does it meet?
It avoids the dissemination of unfortunate news that in some way may have a negative impact on the district, giving a way to confirm the fidelity of the news and thus discard those false advertisements, favoring the user, since by using it they would keep abreast of the news and official statements about COVID-19 in Penonomé.
