The Cooperative Social Enterprise ARS, was born within the Association "Free. Names and numbers against mafias "and in memory of Alberto Vallefuoco, Rosario Flaminio, Salvatore De Falco, three young innocent people killed by the Camorra in Via Nazionale delle Puglie front Pastificio Russian.
A.R.S. It is an acronym of three names and the goal is to not forget who is the innocent victim of the violence of the Camorra still present on our territory.
The cooperative is a non-profit enterprise conducted with ethics of responsibility to the community and the environment.
The cooperative was founded following a path pioneered for years and successfully by Libera by promoting social cooperatives profit for the reuse of assets confiscated from the mafia or goods become part of the heritage of local law enforcement after all 'illegal building.
The mission is to:
- Enhancing territories difficult, starting from social recovery and production of goods delivered by the mafia to get high quality products through environmentally friendly methods and the dignity of the person. In addition, it plays an active role in the area, involving other manufacturers who share the same principles and promoting organic farming land.
- Give dignity to the territories characterized by a mafia, by setting up cooperative farms autonomous, self-sustainable, able to provide jobs, create induced positive and propose a virtuous economic system, based on the rule of law, social justice and on the market.
The cooperative, not for speculative purposes, nor for profit, but it aims to involve the members in the activities and benefits of cooperatives and to pursue the general interest of the community in the human promotion and social integration through: management and social services health and education and the performance of activities aimed at providing employment for disadvantaged people.
