The distribution of invoices is controlled by the respective divisions and the bill distributors have been asked to provide proof of delivery of invoices to the extent possible. Further, consumer complaints regarding non-delivery of invoices are also tracked to identify the areas from where more and regular complaints are being received.
This app is used for timely delivery of hard copy of invoices to consumers
