Created on August 17, 1995, as a response to Law 142 of 1994, the cleaning company of Villavicencio began its operations in January 1996, as the first private entity in the country dedicated to the provision of the public housekeeping service in the components for sweeping and cleaning roads and public areas, collection and transport of residential and commercial solid waste, and final disposal using the sanitary landfill technique.
