Their service is not good at all. And I can't even talk to their customer care. Don't make the mistake of installing a connection through the app. You can get another company's WiFi instead of this company.

first they changed the name from one fiber to My internet ,slowly they started worst service and no customer care no on app ,saturday - sunday ; usually no internet signal , Every second day you have one or other issue in october !Luckily if they receive your call ; it will be rectified in the evening by six ( This happened three time since last week) and still no connection!Feeling like filing police complaint and/or write on CM Portal with sharing Office address in panchkula!

Customer care number don't pick the call

Company has gone bankrupt. It's merging with netplus broadband. Connection is down from last 10 days. All mobile numbers of their team is out of service and customer care number is of no use. I am glad I did not recharged with annual plan and wasted my money. these filthy people were forcing to do annual recharge but I knew in starting 😀.

from last 4 days, internet not working. they are not picking up calls. no revert from their side. Worst services. Better to have airtel and jio broadband services.
