Tourism includes all activities of people traveling, staying, for the purpose of visiting, exploring and learning, experiencing or for the purpose of rest, entertainment or relaxation; as well as for the purposes of practice and other purposes, for a continuous period of time but not exceeding one year, outside of the settled habitat; but excluding travel whose main purpose is to make money. Tourism is also a form of active rest in a different living environment than the place of settlement.
