SEKARMAS (Semeton Karangasem Masadu) in Indonesian means the Karangasem Community Complain.
This is a social media based Community complaint application. The public can report problems in their area and then monitor the follow-up to the report as well as greet each other with fellow citizens as on social media.
This application was developed in collaboration with the Binus University School of Information System and the Atma Jaya Unika Faculty of Psychology. It was held thanks to a grant program from the Director General of Higher Education dedicated to Karangasem Regency, and was launched at the celebration of the 380th anniversary of Amlapura City.
