Nach Bewerbung auf Objekte bei ImmoScout kamen E-Mails von Mietz, dass man deren App nutzen müsse. Die App listet angebliche Inserate in sehr unübersichtlicher Weise, aber ohne jede Information zum Vermieter. Keine Sortierung, keine Listenansicht möglich.Direktlinks aus den Mails funktionieren auch nicht. Will sehr viele Daten haben (Gehaltsnachweis etc.) und wirbt auf der Website mit KI-basierter Mieterbewertung - vermutlich eine reine Datensammelapp mit Fake-Inseraten. Vorsicht!

The providers are apparently using fake apartment listings on ImmobilienScout24 to get app installs. Requiring an app for an apartment viewing appointment is generally outrageous, but here it doesn't even work. I installed the app, created a profile, but the link to the apartment from the email still only shows the app logo.
