About Radio Continental
Continental is an Argentine radio that was born in 1969 after the transfer of the name of the old Radio Porteña, founded in 1929.
Its studios are located in Buenos Aires, but it has repeaters in many parts of the country.
Since 2005 it belongs to Grupo Latino de Radio, which in turn is owned by Grupo PRISA Radio of Spain, and in 2015 the Albavisión group acquired an important part of the station. Its programming is aimed at a contemporary adult audience, with classics from the 80s and 90s, and songs in Spanish.
