But, there is good news! Chair exercises can provide a simple and effective solution for seniors to get their daily dose of physical activity and improve their overall fitness.
Seated workouts are an excellent way for seniors to stay active while sitting in their office or at home. These exercises are low impact and easy to perform, making them perfect for older adults who may have limited mobility.
Standing exercises are also great for older adults who are looking to add a bit of intensity to their workout routine. These exercises help to improve balance and stability, and they can also be performed while holding onto a chair for support.
Sitting exercises are another great option for older adults who are looking to stay active and fit. These exercises can be performed right in your desk chair and are perfect for those who work in an office setting.

They lie, it's not free, completely. It gives you the exercises, but if you want a guided workout, that's not free. So my reason for a 2 star.
