Incivility is becoming more and more frequent and is generating strong discontent among tenants. Currently, there is no simple and effective tool for reporting these incidents and monitoring the actions taken.

Operational solution:
A mobile application dedicated to local staff to identify and categorize acts of incivility on a given property. It also offers visualization of existing reports and integrated messaging to facilitate communication.
All reports are centralized in a back office accessible to managers. This space allows them to have a global vision of their entire assets and to follow the actions implemented for each report.
