Through a simple and intuitive interface, TOPCON CUSTOMER allows you to manage concrete delivery with indicators for scheduling requests, the status of each delivery, concrete reports and technology, payments, and invoice status, thus enabling decision-making and avoiding downtime in the logistics process.
In addition to these indicators, TOPCON CUSTOMER presents:
• Contracts with the name of the responsible salesperson, contracted volume, and quantity delivered.
• Delivery schedules with FCK, Volume, and SLUMP.
• Previous and future schedules.
• Invoices with contracts, dates, and installments with printouts.
• Clients and their registration conditions such as payment status, non-payment status, and credit limits and availability.
• Scheduling requests directly through the app, with detailed contract, mix design, and pump specifications.
