Türknet Security can easily perform the operations of existing subscribers such as updating subscription information, viewing invoice and payment records, paying their bills by credit card, sending support and fault requests to the alarm center, and seeing past events related to the alarm system through this application. There may be some transactions made through Türknet Security Online Transaction Center that require voice security verification, in which case the Alarm Center Officer will contact the subscriber and confirm the transaction. If user not found warning is received during user registration, detailed information can be obtained from Alarm Center line 444 85 75.
