Application for the technician of the internet provider, integrated to the VigoWEB System, allowing him to manage the service orders under his responsibility, being able to perform the following actions:

- Update the service status;
- Inserting photos to the customer service;
- End service;
- Digital signature by the customer;
- Option for the customer to classify how the service was, at the time of subscription.
- Option to define the current location as the coordinates of the customer of the service;
- Option for the technician to remove the MAC Address from a connectivity, without contacting the exchange, to facilitate the exchange of equipment;
- GPS monitoring, so that the manager can then check the route taken by the technician in each service;
- Option to change the PPPoE password;
- Option to display the route to the customer's home;
