Voice Out Plus allows you to easily read aloud text snippets^ from various languages with the help of Google’s built-in text to speech (TTS) engine.

Features:

‧ Settings to remember your default language, playback rate and pitch
‧ Auxiliary default for quick pronunciation between two languages (ex: Cantonese and Mandarin)
‧ Connects to the internet for specific language or voice if it has not been downloaded onto device
‧ Can work offline for languages that have been downloaded
