This app is a toolkit for teens who want help to address everyday issues and problems. Specific skills focus on managing decision making, dealing with stress, and avoiding triggers that lead to drug use, including opioid use. Each tool in the app provides some education as well as engaging activities that promote the building of practical and meaningful skills for you to easily learn and apply.
