With this app, you can select one of the genres such as study, exercise, development, etc., measure the time spent in that genre, and save the record. Then you can check how hard you worked.
By visualizing your efforts, you can feel rewarded and be motivated. While doing so, I think that studying will become fun because it is rewarding, and it will become a habit and you will be able to continue.
