- 01 handwritten request including the candidate's email address and telephone number;
- 01 extract from birth certificate or 01 legalized photocopy of the CNIE;
- 01 certificate of schooling (original, issued by the public sector or legalized by the Delegation of the Ministry of National Education, issued by the private sector);
- 02 identity photos;
- 02 stamped envelopes with the name and address of the candidate.
