The JORNAL DE CONSELHEIRO, in its pioneering printed version, initially in tabloid format and then standart, was founded in 1991 by the journalist, here by Conselheiro Paulino, Luiz Antonio Dias and circulated until the middle of that decade, then returning to activities in the years 2011 and 2012.
Now, after a new stop, this newsletter, by the way the first and only one in this style in the history of the 6th District and until then, the only neighborhood & district of Nova Friburgo, returns to its activities, but from then on following the modernity of the times of the internet, in the DIGITAL version (online), to serve all interested publics of readers, whether they are users of social networks, such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as those who call on the websites and especially also, all who use WhatsApp.
