The idea was born as part of a Service-Learning school project to create a bridge between school and territory and to respond to the need to overcome linguistic barriers, allowing even those who do not know Italian to access information. : the recipe, the history of the tortellino and the feast of San Nicola are illustrated and told in eleven languages.
