King-winged tico-tico is a passerine bird in the Thraupidae family.
Also known as cock-of-the-mallow, fire, red tico-tico-rei, twenty-one-painted, tico-fire, tico-red, blood of ox (Rio Grande do Sul), sangrinho (inland of São Paulo) , pavãozinho and tico-tico-pepper.
