For proper operation you need to have access to the internet and the location service of the activated mobile device.
This application was fully developed by 9th grade students of the Santa María Goretti de Mocoa Educational Institution, in the year 2019, and it emerges as a risk prevention measure in case of possible emergencies that may occur in that city.
