Priority area: Support programs for adoptive parents and the development of foster care for children.

This program is financed by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.

The host of the program is the Association for Support and Encouragement of Community Croatia Helps, and the implementation partner is the Croatian Institute for Social Work, Regional Office Bjelovar.
