This simulator aims to facilitate the feasibility study of a project for people who wish to venture into new productive activities or have an idea in mind that they want to implement. Carrying out the tour of the following phases:
1. Project Definition: Phase in which project data such as the name, area and products or services to be offered must be filled in, in addition to the project objectives applying the SMART criteria and SWOT analysis.
2. Market Study: Phase in which the analysis of the demand and supply is carried out, as well as determining suppliers and the study of the commercialization of the product applying the 4Ps of marketing.
3. Technical Study: Phase in which the location of the project between two locations is studied, study of its infrastructure and necessary equipment, as well as the organizational structure of the project based on the 7 essential roles in every company.
4. Economic and Financial Study: Phase in which the economic study is carried out, based on the description filled out in previous phases, in which it is carried out, the required investments, the operating cost, and the income, showing as result of the breakeven point and the profit and loss statement according to data analysis.
5. Result: Last phase in which all the data filled in in previous phases is collected, in order to provide the user with the net present value (NPV) as an investment criterion and the return on investment (ROI) as an indicator for the decision making.
Note: It should be noted that at the end of each of the phases, the results can be downloaded in Excel to be saved and compared.
