Pocket cards (TaKa) are a popular summary of important information for use by the Technical Relief Organization (THW) and the (voluntary) fire brigade (FW/FFW) as well as other aid organizations.
In paper form, they are impractical to take with you and sensitive. Because most emergency services carry their smartphones with them anyway, the digital maps do not take up any space. The information is also easier to update and scalable for optimal readability, so that details can also be seen in drawings. The pocket cards are also suitable for exam preparation or exercises.
The pocket cards in the app are newly created and not identical to some of the existing ones. The aim is to re-evaluate and process the information and make it available in one place.
All information is available offline and without subsequent download.
It is possible to create your own pocket card and integrate it as an SVG. The file must be in the folder that is displayed in the settings.
