The use of car parks reserved for disabled people beyond their intended purpose and parking the vehicles of insensitive citizens with no disabilities and making victims of disabled citizens
We can control the barriers of disabled car parks by providing a user authorization-based and internet-based mobile application to be created by minding or supplying existing smart barriers from the market. In order for disabled individuals to control these barriers with the help of applications, their accounts must be authorized by having their accounts created with the help of mobile applications approved by local administrations. Thus, while individuals with disabilities can easily control the smart barriers that public and private businesses connect to this application with their authorized accounts, they will not be able to park in these areas because individuals without disabilities have no authority even if they can create accounts for the application.
The existing solutions are very primitive and have the characteristic of making them more difficult than helping disabled people. In some car parks, a button is used to call the attendant in an inaccessible place, in some places a pontoon is placed in the middle of the parking lot and even disabled citizens cannot park their car without the pontoon. Or, every institution and private enterprise has found a unique solution for themselves, and because there is a different application in each parking lot, no association has been achieved. Using technology, we thought to place remote controlled barriers in disabled car parks to prevent parking outside disabled citizens, and we aimed to ensure that control and user authorization was done from one point by connecting all these barriers to the internet-based mobile application.
