Calculation of the coefficient of friction proposed by Colebrook & White from the relative roughness and the Reynolds number.
1. If the Reynolds number is less than 2300, the flow is laminar.
2. If the Reynolds number is greater than 2300 and less than 4000, the flow experiences a transitional behavior.
3. If the Reynolds number is greater than 4000, the flow is turbulent.
