At 11:30 in the morning of March 8, 1996 in Street López y Planes 338 Radio El Fortin was born. From that moment we are demonstrating that the difference is in the air.
We choose to be born on March 8 coinciding with the birthday of Ramon Palito Ortega, a symbol for members of the station.
We bear the name "El Fortin" in tribute to our neighborhood Vª July 9, being the pioneers of this area of the province. Since our inception to the present we have reaped paths distinctions:
• Distinction of the Archbishop of Tucumán 1997
• Distinction Address Province Sport 1998
• Award "Best Carnival organized by a radio station 1999
• Mention Honorable Council of S.M. Tuc. 2000
• Daily Prize XXI Century to the best programming 2001
• Recognition of cultural and artistic content of the Association "CantArte The Talitas" 2003
• President's Award Writers Circle of Mr. Vicente Pelli Tucuman 2004
• Distinction of the Board of Pediatrics Hospital Avellaneda 2005
Permanently we organize cultural, sporting and recreational events aimed at all sectors of society, thus achieving full identification with the community of the province.
From 2006 we began transmissions Soccer League and Tucumana in 2007 and went around the country with Atletico Tucuman San Martin and being awarded by both institutions
In 2009 we incorporate high-tech equipment achieving expand our audience in a large percentage.
Today finds us incorporating the station on the Web, with the challenge of bringing our voices traditions of our land, customs and our programming with the label that identifies us throughout the country and the world.
