Tool that allows the calculation of severance pay, severance interest, service premium and vacation, under the parameters of Law 50 of 1990 that governs the Republic of Colombia. It has a working day calculator under the concept of 12 months of 30 days, as applied by lawyers in Colombia. The tool requires that severance pay and severance interest be settled annually within the same base year. Likewise, the premium must be paid every 6 months as a maximum period within the same semester that goes from January to June and from July to December. As allowed by law, vacations can be paid in any period. The time periods must be entered numerically under the year, month, day scheme. Updated for the year 2021.
