This application allows you to control incidents within an educational center (or work in general).
They can be classified into different types, configured when the center is registered. For each type of incident, a user must be defined who will be responsible for the technical service of that type. Three different types of users are defined:
Normal users can register new incidents, including a photograph if they wish. They can also consult, modify or delete them if they are still in pending status. In principle, these users are staff from the center itself.
Users who are of the "Technical Service" type are responsible for each type of incident. They can access the incidents of their category and modify them (never delete them) to change their status (solved, waiting, etc ...) This type of user can be from the same center or be external personnel.
There is a third type of user who is the incident coordinator of the center itself. He has access to all types of incident and can make modifications to any of them. It also accesses different models of reports and summaries on the incidents registered.
