SerBee

Serbee is an organization undertaking. Our team is made up of 5 students of General Studies Letters: Andrea Arroyo, Milagros Onofre, Rodrigo Olortegui, Georgina Rojas and Hugo Rodríguez, who thanks to the knowledge received by the Management of Organizations course we have been able to initiate and promote this project. In Peru, there are indicators and statistics regarding the level of use of technologies of the population; These studies are published mostly in articles and news. Thus, in a newspaper publication, we were able to identify the Peruvian reality regarding the use of mobile technologies: "Peru: 9 out of 10 people connected to the internet have a smartphone", this wording shows that the average Peruvian user has 17 applications on his device of mobile phones (Gestión, 2016). That is, the level of use of smartphones or similar is high in our country. Likewise, we identify the absence of a safe contact with electricians, installers, locksmiths, carpenters and plumbers, who can help the families of Lima with the various contingencies and breakdowns that may arise in their homes. That is why we developed surveys in our university on the use of applications for contact with specialists in technical repair services related to the problems in the home mentioned above. Through a survey conducted by SerBee, it was found that 78.8% (see Annex 1) is willing to hire domestic or technical services to solve household problems through applications. In this way, as a result of the evaluations and results, we have innovated in the creation of a digital platform, which operates hand in hand with the free Serbee application, to request this type of services.
