You can talk and dictate to your Android device and your words will be converted to text. After the visit you can dictate your impressions and even take pictures and store your photos of the location. If the voice recognition is not accurate, you can edit the text by typing the corrections.
For convenience will always be created a file called Apiary + date + .txt that will be stored on your smartphone or tablet to the root, it can then be opened with any text editor.
