The battery app is a tool to protect the battery from your smartphone and tablet. As is well known, the lifespan of the battery is significantly extended if the battery is usually not fully charged.
This simple free app is designed so that an alarm warning sounds when the battery is charged to the preselected value of 80%, 85% or 90%. The alarm warning is then repeated every minute.
Important: The app does not run in the background to save battery if you forget to deactivate the app after charging.
You should set the screen timeout to maximum during the charging process, or better still never put the display to sleep when charging, i.e. leave it active. You can change this in the Android settings. Instructions for this can be found on the Internet.
You can switch between the three values during the charging process.
