The application is an offer of the technical department of the Greek private security information network, with the support of:
1. Panhellenic Association for the Security of Personnel Infrastructure Infrastructure "O Odysseas".
2. Security Team Hellas.
3. Security Members services.
4. Greek group of Greek private guards.
5. Personnel and Infrastructure Security Officer - Security Manager & Personnel.
Simple application of recording of services (shifts), multiple employees, with sets of hours, services and their salaries. With various search and rearrangement filters, as well as the ability to notify people at the start and end.
- This application records the services (shifts) that you perform, either in real time or whenever you want to register them.
- It has been developed to be an aid, making it easier for an individual user (employee or boss) to record the services of himself and his subordinates.
- Provides filters for easy finding of services per employee and position, as well as general calendar finding or employee services. Still, a short filter for finding paid and non-paid services.
- Allows you to rearrange records in ascending or descending order (last service to appear top-down or vice versa).
- Offers the ability to notify via "SMS" or "E-MAIL", up to three (3) recipients, at the start or end (or both) of the services recorded in real time.
- Provides the ability to make emergency calls to the basic four (4) authorities / services (police, fire, emergency and international emergency number 112) through the application when recording real-time services.
- It has terms of use and (currently) a detailed user manual for clarification and guidance.
Although the application was designed based on hourly paid security personnel, its use by the employee is not excluded ... with a simple reduction of the service's compensation to hourly!
