1. Set as many times as you like for the 30-day squat challenge.
2. Set the number of times for yourself first, and then set how many.
3. Click Save Settings to save the settings at the top.
4. Click Delete Record to delete all records and settings.
5. When you complete a workout on each day, the count is filled.
6. The speed can be adjusted between 1 and 5 seconds (default 3 seconds).
