ENERGY EFFICIENT TRIP REGISTRATION APP
Simple no-nonsense mileage registration app, very suitable for people who mainly drive the same ride every day, a ride is added with two clicks and it is therefore not necessary to have the app or a GPS connection open the entire ride like other apps, no so automatic trip recording, minimal battery use. Automatically detecting the final destination with GPS is possible.
No subscription fees or advertisements, just a small one-off fee.
The trip registration app is intended for use on a telephone.
ADVANTAGES

TAX AUTHORITIES
Trip exports contain the correct columns required by the tax authorities. With a ride there is therefore also the option to indicate whether it is a private ride, whether private detour kilometers have been made or whether a different route has been used. This is also all reflected correctly in the export. The export file is a CSV file that can be saved as an Excel file after opening in a spreadsheet program if desired. Depending on Excel settings, the file may have to be imported via 'Import data'.
LOCATIONS AND CARS
When using the app for the first time, enter frequently used locations and the car. A location can be selected during a ride. If you have a different journey and the location has not yet been created in the app, it can be detected with the 'location' upon arrival, if desired. Use the 'location' button next to the destination drop-down list for this.
Deleting a location has no consequences for the journeys that are currently saved in the mileage registration app. It is therefore possible to delete a location that will no longer be used in the future.
Changing the address details of a location also has no consequences for existing journeys. If an address of a location is changed, this will also be adjusted for the journeys.
RIDES AND EXPORTS
Adding a ride is quick and easy upon arrival at the location. Just click on the destination (or possibly from the 'location') and fill in the final mileage. If desired, you can indicate in the settings whether the thousands have already been entered. If desired, new locations can also be saved directly as reusable locations in the app to be able to choose from the drop-down list next time. There is a setting for this.
To keep and clean the app as quickly as possible, there is the option to delete old rides, which can be done from the ride overview. Choose a period and press delete.
RECOVERY COPY
Recovery images are stored in the Internal Storage/Documents/Trip Log folder (trip log-recovery.txt).
With a recovery copy, all data can be imported when using a new phone. Do not change the files and folder name!
CHECK FOR CORRECTNESS
If the kilometers or location of consecutive rides do not match, this will be shown in the ride screen. However, if you choose in the settings that there may be gaps between mileage of rides, the errors related to missing miles will not be shown.
