ŠKOLA TRČANJA ZADAR

This is a new application of the School running Zadar with which you can:

- Schools use race calculator running Zadar which you can by clicking on the top 3 titles:
     - Calculator - calculate one parameter of your training if you know the other two. For example, if you know your
                               during the run and run so the distance, you can click on the pace calculated pace and running
                               the average running speed.
     - Envisages - predict your score on a section (eg, marathon) if you know your best time on a
                          the second section. For example, if you run for 20 minutes at 5km, your score on the 10 km will be 41 min 42 sec.
     - ZONE - assess the training zones on the basis of the best possible time to share longer than 5 km. Definition
                   the training zone is explained in the application

- Review the weekly training program in the School of running Zadar

- Look at the daily motivational photo
