Marcador Billar

This app controls all the events of a three-way pool game.
All data is parameterizable:
* the distance in caroms
* the distance in tickets
* the number of timeouts for each player
* number of seconds of each beat
* name of each player
* which player plays with the cue ball, and has the output.

In addition, the app controls us and notifies:
* half game, whether it is half innings or half caroms by either player.
* when there are 3, 2 and a carambola left for the end of the game to reach the distance.
* when it is the end of the match, both for finishing the distance in innings, or when it is for reaching the distance in caroms by either of the two players.
