We are Alessia and Nicole, two speech therapists who work mainly in the developmental age with a common project.
Hence our communication booklet “PARLA CON ME”.
Augmentative Alternative Communication was born as a support for communication in children and adults with language difficulties and disorders. In this humanitarian emergency it seemed useful to propose
this tool as a communication support for the Ukrainian population who will be welcomed in our country. The booklet was born as a HELP for children who will have to interface with new and new families
reality, like school, but it can also be a valuable aid for adults.
How is it used?
The booklet is made up of images divided into categories. Each image corresponds to a word indicated in both Italian and Ukrainian, by pressing lightly on the figures the text will be pronounced in Italian, while holding down a little longer the text will be pronounced in Ukrainian.
