LAY organization is a youth leadership initiative that trains local teens to be community leaders and community organizers, who in turn train other local teens to be leaders and organizers in their own neighborhoods. It is committed for the best interest of the community, through emphasis on youth as the main community assets, promotion of human rights, and administering society development, through participatory anti-political anti-religious approaches.
