This app contains 5 pages:
1- Taking a history: it will help you taking a medical or surgical history easily according to the global approach, and it will write the history for you too!
2- Physical Exam: It reminds you of the physical examination steps of general examination, cardiac exam, respiratory exam and GI exam ... we will add more systems in the future.
3- Labs: shows some basic lab tests with their normal ranges.
4- My Drugs: helps you to write notes about drugs you add
5- My Histories: an archive for all the histories you took, you can edit or delete them from there.
